TRX CHEST PRESS

 After 40 secondes of HIIT TRX Back Rows, we went immediately into a TRX Chest Press for 40 seconds.. No small task indeed, but Francy was very motivated, and stayed tough to the end. Well done!! A great exercise for the Chest, shoulders, triceps, and , should I say it, the core as well.
 

TRX BENT KNEE ROLLOUT

Great modification to  TRX Standing abdominal rollout. Primary emphasis on the Core, Chest, Shoulders, and Upper back. This is a slow moving exercise. The duration of each repetition is increased as strength improves. Quality over quantity!!! Good job Alicia!

BODY PLANK JUMPING JACKS

 Whenever possible, I like to add some movement to the plank exercise. In this instance, I decided to modify the Plank Jumping Jack to an alternating leg abduction, based on the needs of my client. Last exercise before stretching. What a great way to finish off a session. Way to go Francy!! You definitely "Embraced the LionHeart within" 

TRX STEP BACK. LEG AND GLUTES WORKOUT

 Part 1 in a series of 4 total body workout routines. With me today is my client/friend, Alicia is a long time endurance marathon runner with  30+ years of Running under her belt. Alicia has competed in the major marathon events in her lifetime, and still competes today, with numerous wins in her age group. Her goal is to continue the passion for Running, and Alicia knows that strength training will help her stay in the sport for a long, long time.
 

TRX BACK ROW

 The only thing that can be fina than to be in Carolina, is to do the TRX Back Row in the morning! 40 seconds of non stop action! Francy killed it!! Great exercise for the major muscles of the back, posterior deltoid, and of course, the core.
 

SUPERBAND OVERHEAD

 Today's workout was a focus on Upper body and Core Strength. I have with me today the owner of Francy Pant Fity, Francy, who was very motivated and inspired to crush today's workout. The session  involved HIIT Training duration of 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of recovery.
